There was minimal paperwork but was so comprehensive. Everything about the transaction was superb from the ordering down to the delivery. I was even impressed with the delivery – the car was delivered at 12.15 p.m. and the gentleman who delivered the car was so nice and helpful.

I also found it reassuring to actually talk personally to you over the telephone; you were helpful and informative about the transaction. You kept your word about informing me of when the car was available, the registration number and even to check that the car had been delivered OK.

Yesterday I took possession of a little black number from you in the form of a Renault Clio. She is absolutely lovely.
